We mainly offer two kinds of shipping methods, namely EMS and DHL. All products are shipped from China directly by the method you choose. But these are depending on the availability of the shipping methods of your country. In a word, we serve you according to your requirements as possible as we can.
Delivery Time
After you placing an order, your shipping and delivery dates depend on the availability of the products type you ordered and the transportation means you choose. We will inform you the estimated time at our earliest convenience in the confirmation E-mail.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from SuperTNT.com depend upon the means of transportation you choose and their destination.
Please also note that the shipping rates for your items are generally volume-based or volume- based according to the different shipping methods. Occasionally, for some shipping methods, orders for our products are very light, their weight is far from the basic weight unit, but the volume of the package is enough. Therefore, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, some orders of our products would apply the volume-based shipping rates.
It takes 5-7 business days to most destinations via EMS. It is traceable.
It takes 3-5 business days to most destinations via DHL. It is traceable.
Please note: there is no EMS in few countries, e.g. in Netherlands.
Tracking Your Package
After finishing packing your ordered goods, we will send you an e-mail for your confirmation, and you will get a tracking number. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your shipment confirmation E-mail. If you want to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.
Any product you buy from SuperTNT is promised to be replaced free of charge for its inferior quality within 90 days since the date you place your order on the internet. Just in case your tubes run abnormally, if it is visible, just send us some photos which can show the problems clearly instead of sending them back. Otherwise, send it or them back to us.
